This is a template for processing pdata into Monolix-ready data. (I didn't name the branch correctly 😬.) I tried to make it flexible enough for all studies, while pointing the user to the VISC data specs you created to deal with more specific cases.
Goals of the template:
standardize our workflow. If changes happen, we fix it in this template rather than go to the most recent study and copy + paste.
teach new learners. Someone should be able to learn how to do pk analysis from using this template (and other templates for subsequent steps), which points to the correct docs and teaching materials.
