Simplify and correct template #82

This simplifies the group colors template and moves it to the R/ folder.

Hi @wfulp, this is a small change that makes the template structure more compatible with the normal R package structure. Let me know if you agree with these changes.

Yes, this is changed along with other major changes on the branch feature/bama-template. I'm opening a draft PR for that soon. My plan is to merge the changes from #82 and #81 into the feature/bama-template branch.
