MoreRONN uses hardcoded paths in the Makefile, need to patch. Does not support --prefix

ln -fs /app/easybuild/software/MoreRONN/4.9-foss-2016b/bin/moreRONN /usr/local/bin/moreRONN_49

Installed for both 14.04 and 18.04 MoreRONN-4.9-foss-2016b.eb MoreRONN-4.9-foss-2019b.eb Completed by HPCNow, HT-1531
