Hello,

Would it be possible to have a module available on rhino for running Nextflow? Specifically, I made a fork that can be used to run analyses on AWS with the Fred Hutch configuration. I am able to easily install Nextflow with the Java module as the only dependency.

Sometime in the next few months these changes will be merged into the master distribution of Nextflow, at which point it would be great to update the module to that.

nextflow/19.04.1 package built. This package uses code from a PR submitted by Sam. This package can/should be removed after Sam's PR is merged.
