Add GLPK to build #167

Please add the ]GLPK](https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/tree/master/easybuild/easyconfigs/g/GLPK) to our build list.

I don't know that the version is important- the currently installed version on gizmo is 4.52.

Correction- appears that 4.6 is installed.
