I am a graduate student in the Bedford lab. I was hoping to use MACHINA (https://github.com/raphael-group/machina) developed by the Ben Raphael lab to infer tumor metastasis patterns as part of my project. I did not see it currently installed on Rhino and was wondering if it was possible for it to be added as a module?
