Request to Install the newest star aligner (2.7.1a) #181

Hey all, The current newest release of the STAR aligner requires re-generation of all of the genome indexes it uses, SO it’d be great to get the module updated to v 2.7.1a (https://github.com/alexdobin/STAR/releases/tag/2.7.1a) before I start a bunch of work since things won’t be back-compatible.
