Hi,

Could nanopolish be updated to version 0.11.1 on rhino. The current version on rhino is 0.10.2 and has some bugs with multi-fast5.

built: nanopolish-0.11.1-foss-2018b-Python-2.7.15.eb

Please note that most software on Ubuntu 14.04 is built with foss/2016b toolchain. 2018b was used to avoid this error with OpenMPI-1.10.3
