5 years ago built the following modules:
- Rebuild base Perl-5.28.0 with GCCcore 7.3.0
- Built new BioPerl based on above Perl package
- Build new Perl-5.28.0-GCCcore-7.3.0-fh1, based on Perl-5.28.0-GCCcore-7.3.0
- All new modules are built on same toolchain as 18.04, modules build and run on both 14.04 and 18.04 Perl/5.28.0-GCCcore-7.3.0-fh1
