Update beast to 2.6.2 to access new packages #259

It would be great to update beast to include the most recent version (2.6.2), available at https://github.com/CompEvol/beast2/releases. There are some packages, including CoupledMCMC (which allows for running multiple MCMC chains simultaneously with heating) that are only accessible via the newest version of beast.

Beast 2.6.2 installed for Ubuntu 18.04, with beagle-lib
