Please build Gctf #438

There are existing easyconfigs for this.

This needs CUDA.

This needs to work with RELION (same toolchains).

Gctf is only available as a binary. It requires Cuda 8.x which can only be built with GCC 5.4 This software is very out of date and not supported and not buildable on Ubuntu 18.04 builddependencies = [('CUDA', '8.0.61')]
