There are easyconfigs for this in the repo.

This needs CUDA.

This needs to work with RELION (same toolchain).

try this: MotionCor2/1.4.2-gcccuda-2020b

built with CudaCore 11.1.1 and GCC 10.2.0, This is also matched to fossCuda-2020b
