Rebuild ctffind and depend in to Relion module #442

Right now ctffind is built using the gcccuda toolchain and Relion is built using the GCCcore toolchain.

These tools need to work together. In fact, Relion should probably depend on ctffind. See also Motioncor2 request.

module ctffind/4.1.14-fosscuda-2020b will be compatible for MotionCor2/1.4.2-gcccuda-2020b
