Would it be possible to get 10x Genomics Cellranger v6.0 for the rhino server? There is version 3.0 already installed but I am having issues processing data from 10x and I think it is because I need to use the newest version.

use module avail to perform case insensitive search of available modules. Starting with version 4 CellRanger uses camel case.

ml avail cellranger /app/ml avail cellranger
