update Beagle with patch #474

I found a couple of bugs in the Beagle 5.2 release I asked for recently to be installed and the author has a patch/release update. Is it possible to get this installed?

I just posted a new release (version 14Apr21.89c) on the beagle web page (https://faculty.washington.edu/browning/beagle/beagle.html).
