CIBERSORTx #476

I would like to use the software CIBERSORTx (stanford.edu)https://cibersortx.stanford.edu/download.php for single cell analysis, which require docker to run it. Would it be possible to install it on rhino or gizmo nodes to get the software run?

Could you please suggest what would be the best option and how can we install it?

Closing this ticket because it is out of date. CIBERSORTx is a workflow script and not a software tool that can be installed as a module.
