ctffind not working inside of RELION #490

ml RELION ml ctffind results in a bunch of things being reloaded with a version change

then running relion and trying to use ctffind executable in /app/software/ctffind/4.1.14-fosscude-2020b/bin/ctffind gives this error and doesn't work: /app/software/ctffind/4.1.14-fosscuda-2020b/bin/.: Permission denied. Segmentation fault

is ctffind a requirement for RELION?

Yes, ctffind should be loaded when relion is loaded. And therefore needs to match toolchain. When we build motioncor2, it will be similarly depended.

Also issue #435 needs the same treatment.

RELION/3.1.2-fosscuda-2020b I have updated RELION and built it with support for CUDA. All the CryoEM tools are being updated to use FOSS-CUDA toolchain.

ctffind has been added to the module. Only load FRELION. And FLTK is also required. RELION requires X11 DISPLAY to be set.
