GATK version 4.2.2.0 ? #509

hi there,

Would it be possible to install GATK v 4.2.2.0 as a module?

I'm interested in trying out a feature that's new in this version ("--microbial-mode" in the FilterMutectCalls tool, https://gatk.broadinstitute.org/hc/en-us/articles/4405453519515-GATK-4-2-2-0-release )
