Which version of R module do you use?

ChipQC 1.38.0 is part of BioConductor 3.18.0, which supports versions of R >4.3.0

The only R module that supports BioConductor 3.18 is fhR/4.3.3-foss-2023b

please try: module load fhR/4.3.3-foss-2023b
