Add doazureparallel to R builds #68

Sorry, this is already installed, but since it is in github, I'm not sure the update script will update it to the newest version, which is what needs to happen in the next R build.

there is now a 0.4.2 tag https://github.com/Azure/doAzureParallel/tags

doAzureParallel has been added to R-3.4.1 and R-3.4.2. Manual install steps are still required until doAzureParallel is turned into a CRAN package.
