latest rslurm not in latest R #86

not sure if this is a bug but our latest rslurm package is 0.3.3 in R 3.4.2 but rslurm has been already at 0.4 on oct 19th . It seems somehow rslurm was not updated to the latest

0.4 made it into the 3.4.3 release.
