Changes to the GLAM Browser include:
Ability to host multiple pages from the same deployment, including password protection of data visualizations
Additional plots including CAG annotations and betta enrichments
Plot the relative abundance of multiple CAGs selected by feature annotation
Processing of pre-computed indexes for reduced server-side computational load
