Add Widget footer survey stats for courses #33

Candace has added widget surveys to the footers of courses. Add the stats from the "live" courses to the dashboard

Thanks for making this issue so this doesn't slip through the cracks!

The data are actually saved to a googlesheet so this should be fairly straightforward:
