Provide option to hide the thumbnail images of each feed #521

As I have quite a few feeds, I find the images a bit distracting. Could an option to hide them be added?

Also, a lot/most of my feeds don't have any images, so instead Flym displays the the "initials" of the webpage in a square so my feed is full of colored squares which is a bit distracting.

This would be very helpful to me. For example, Reuters thumbnail images appear to be broken.

This would be helpful for me too. So far I know that SpaRSS (a fork of Flym v1) has the option to hide thumbnail images but it is no longer maintained...
