Completed for all features minus fitnesstrack, diettrack and dashboard.

I mentioned in our last meeting that I wasn't a huge fan of the changing background colour on all pages except login/register/homepage. Are we dead set on implementing this over all pages? I honestly think it looks kind of like...tacky or something IDK.

Resolved in b49a569ffaf33c25075c8f16e134cfe66228d499 with the exception of the dashboard.
