bump ubuntu to 20.04 and node to 14 #5

This is like https://github.com/FredTingaud/bench-runner/pull/3 but without the changes to quick-bench and build-bench. Node was bumped and the overall size of the image was slightly reduced by cleaning the apt cache.

I built this image locally and tested adding and removing different compilers and running some tests with these compilers. Everything seemed to work OK. I am happy to do more tests and/or other edits.
