Feature Request: OnScreen Overlay

I use a lot of home automation, and zoomplayer, and a remote control, remote mouse, and you get the picture. It would be nice to have a hotkey that opens/closes a top of screen status screen/ adjustment overlay for use with other players. Ideally it would have the following:

• Heatmap (Clickable to Time Seek)
• Script Positions (choice of top or bottom of screen)
• Script Delay Slider
• Device Manager w/ Click to Connect(if not), Click to Scan, otherwise reports connected device(s)
• Hamburger to Open/Close the "Right Side Slide Out Setting Menu for speed/range/etc"
• Click box for play fallback script on/off (*)
• Click box for fill gaps on/off (*)
• Click box for auto-skip gaps
• Green/Blue/Yellow/Red/Blue corner light for statuses: Script found(Green) Fallback Running(Blue) AutoFill(Yellow) No Script(Red)

(*) These would ideally have set of parameters for defaults in settings, and a default state(on/off/last)

Having a universal hotkey for all of windows would be nice, but with girder I can send it specifically into scriptplayer if that's not practical. Being able to select the hotkey in settings would be a bonus.

That sounds like a looooooot of work 😅 Maybe after the next release, I haven't released a new version because of feature creep for well over a year now, so I should really finish up what I've added since then.

I figured this would be a more long term item, as far as feature creep goes, building the player out further with the abundance of great automation software out there is a little to gain there with the connections to other players. But features specific to scripting, or authoring, seem ideal. I have another idea that I will put up in a moment, because I have yet to solve it any way useful, but script player seems to be close with a bit of adaptation. I have an idea of how much goes into your work, but I haven't the mindset for it, I do deeply appreciate the time, energy, and love coders put into these things. I do have a good mind for project improvement though. Especially in fields that I have passion for.

1: If you can create a movable "always on top" screen, I noticed we have a "files playing" box, it would be nice to have a fancier versioni of that just to show us file/script/audio loaded, and a keymap(global) to open/close the mini info window.

2: eventually having a mini heatmap and playback tracker.

I love it, but I keep trying to resize it. also is it possible to add a MP3 icon, after the file name if the file has a matching mp3 running. and a keybinding to open and close it.
