Hi,

I am getting the "XML: The returned XML does not match the expected schema. (code: PE233) -- JSON: The returned JSON does not match the expected structure (invalid JSON). (code:PE231)" error when using this script. Any ideas on how to resolve this? I am using PRTG Network Monitor 20.4.64.1402

Thanks,

Hey, does your configuration parameters contain any unusual characters?

Do you have enough PowerShell knowledge the run the script in PowerShell and see what data it returns?

Also what iDirect modem and version do you have? This script is very outdated now as iDirect have completely changed their command structure. I haven't worked with a iDirect modem for years but I am actually working on a new project at the start of next year where I will have access to one so if I get some spare time I will try to update this script
