Have the ability to configure the program more before starting #16

Currently not much configuration can be done to Stabilize. The aim of this issue is to increase that. To complete this, a system should be in place such that either the config file system should be expanded to allow many more options or a more extensive command line interface should be used

Can now specifiy the certificate and key to be used for the server part of program. Looking into passing the name of the certificate to the client.
