Hi Coach Rob,

I hope all is well. This is Freddie Ireland and Rowan FitzGerald. We wanted to let you know that we're still working on a website for the CVXC & TF team but there are a few things that we should have been doing from the beginning that now we want to do.

1) It would be great to have weekly checkups where me and Rowan could discuss our progress and show you exactly the new changes we've made from the previous week. These could be quick phone calls, messaging each other on some platform like discord, or emailing. We're making this website for you and the team and we want to make sure that everything on it is what you think would be best. Here's the full list of ideas me and Rowan have for categories on the website: Streamline AthleticClearance Forms Submission Process Include Team Shop for Easy Purchase of Gear Display General Information about the Program, Practice Schedule, Meet Schedule, etc Links to Team Social Networks, Remind, Twitter, etc “About Us” Page to Display Team History and Achievements Contact Information for all Team Staff Info About Mammoth & Summer Training Training Best Practices, Nutrition, etc Team Photos

2) We think it would also be nice to get suggestions from you regarding the styling of the website (colors, images, layout, sizes, etc.). It could be as simple as us showing you a bunch of pictures to be displayed and you choosing the best to giving us a little sketch of how you think a page should be laid out.

3) The last thing we wanted to say which me and Rowan need to give some thought on is that whenever there is a change needed to be made (ex: updating new PRs, race results, new message for practice times), we need to figure out the easiest way to get that all added. Rowan and I would most likely add this information at first, but later on creating a simple way to allow you and Coach Evans to add the information would be super handy.

Thanks so much for all your help. We're really looking forward to seeing where this website goes and hopefully not only does it have great benefits to the team, but it makes your lives of sending out information much easier. :)
