Add heart.css to the description #1

Hi, I tried to find your micro-framework on the web (i.e asked Google) and it seems that it's not referenced yet.

You could try to give your framework some visibility as I feel it could help some folks out there is their designs & prototypes.

You could -I mean if you want to- add the name "Heart.css" in the README as well as renaming you repo ?

Anyway, good job !

Hello, You're right. I renamed repo to heart.css. But now the url http://freddy03h.github.io/heart isn't accessible anymore. It's problematic because it's the one I've communicated on Twitter and Meetup.

I bought http://heartcss.org (waiting for DNS propagation) to avoid futur problem but it doesn't resolve the current.
