Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]
Currently the editing of tags in recipe will delete all exisiting tags and edit according to what has been input.
However, in a scenario where I already have a lot of tag and wish to add one more tag, it would be quite troublesome for me to have to rekey all my tags just to add that one single tag.
Hence, I feel that there should be an additional feature for the editing command that allows for the adding of tags on top of what is already there, without having to rekey everything again
