If you have a moment, would you mind commenting on the benefits of sensitivity testing for pseudo-count addition when pseudo-counts are not being added to the data? I see in the manuscript that the FDR is more robustly controlled with this testing, so that is a plus. However, if pseudo-counts are not being added to the data, are the results of this sensitivity test still relevant? I apologize if these questions have been asked elsewhere and greatly appreciate your time with this.
