Enemy summoned elementals missing target circle/untargetable #10

There seems to be a problem with enemy summoned elementals retaining the ring that removes their feet circles, making them effectively untargettable. The culprit I'm guessing is something in the rr#ewizs.bcs (examination of this script shows that's where the item is supposed to get destroyed) either not firing or getting interrupted somehow.

After reviewing this, I don't really see how. Each block that removes RIDRING is in the override script and gated with interrupts.
