Being picky about UI lines #770

Just wondered if possible to switch views and see the whole tree horizontally? I tend to see better this way, because it relates to time lines (in my head, clearly). This way (or even vertically) you could show time stamps outside "commit messages ballons", as showing time scale for the whole project (like you could zoom in or out). One problem, though, is that ballons will have smaller room for commit texts.. so it would have to be hidden, maybe.

Just sharing my thoughts, I really like this project and want to see it grow big!

I think similar "twicks" to the UI has been raised before and I think these can be a nice addition alternative view for Ungit. Hopefully someone who is interested in front end dev can help us out here soon...
