Can't get traffic equipment for your police vehicle at armoury #1031

I guess this isn't really a bug but something that was overlooked

When you request a vehicle from the main desk sergeant, you get given an option to have traffic equipment placed in your vehicle for traffic officers, when you request a vehicle from the armoury, you do not get given this option

If you want, I can make a suggestion as it isn't technically a bug, but it still seems to be something that was overlooked when implementing this
