Wrench item repair amount is not saved properly #987

Respawning a car that was repaired with a wrench does not save the repaired health.

Reproduce:

  1. Wreck a car
  2. Respawn it to 1% health
  3. Repair it with a wrench item
  4. Respawn it and it will be 1% health again
