Imho: It is necessary to change the order from highest to lowest in the choice of the region ... We have, from top to bottom: Current NTP server Continent Region Castom...

Change to: Continent Region Castom... Current NTP server

ICS 4.0.3 Original from samsung for Russia. Samsung Galaxy S2. FasterGPS 1.3.
