User AngelDeath form the XDA forum provides extensively improved (= not only the NTP server address) and regionalized gps.conf files here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=11342772&postcount=1

Why not team up with him/her to allow FasterGPS to download and/or set AngelDeath's settings ?
