Removed all filesystems except FAT

I'm kind-of back on my libxenon/homebrew/hacking x360 project, at least to make a better toolchain (gcc 10.3) for improved LTO compilation and code scheduling, and a few hacks that might be even cooler in terms of making the x360 the best homebrew console :D

Crazy how these days all people come back to old / almost forgotten projects :)
