Display vendor-specific ballot identification data in frontend #32

The identifier to give auditors for ballot retrieval is (TabulatorId, BatchId, RecordId, CountingGroupId)

The above comment applies to Dominion export data. We will address other vendors/formats in separate issues as they arise.
