"Start valg" works, but the listener on the stations should not be busy executing other commands (like the SyncCommand after a public key-exchange), as it will not receive other commands during execution.
This will probably be solved after solving issue #2 which is also regarding the station being busy with a SyncCommand. The solution will probably be to implement a wait-command that tells the manager when it is busy/ready to proceed.
