Latest kernel won't load amdgpu correctly #128

Hi, I recently upgraded my FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT system from r342911 to r343095 and I've noticed that whenever I boot the system with the new kernel, the amdgpu module (which is loaded by kld_list) won't set the correct resolution (screen doesn't turn off and on again) and will leave me with a black screen.

Initially I thought it was because i didn't set hw.syscons.disable="1" in loader.conf but whatever I set, the new kernel isn't able to give me a working screen.

I'm using a Raven Ridge APU and drm-current-kmod-4.16.g20181210 from ports.

Have you tried rebuilding the drm kernel modules after updating FreeBSD?

Should have done that before reporting :+1: Thank you!
