v5.0 12.1-RELEASE: General issues with Cairo filling or other OpenGL 2D fill-related problems #192

On Xfce 4.14, there is a black bar surrounding a window. kmsdrm_bug0

I'll investigate this problem further. I am using a Radeon VII/VEGA20 but it may actually be a deeper lying problem involving the OpenGL runtimes.

This came forth after Xfce switched to Cairo. I can give a precise bisect.

This has been fixed in the latest Xorg Server, I don't really use this OS often for desktop, but maybe I might test for the bug again.
