warn only once about the entity->rq->sched bug #243

Under KDE plasma the error is printed very often spamming the logs. So, let's still remind about the problem, but do it just once.

Ping. I think that this is sufficiently trivial and reasonable.

You are right, sorry about that. Be aware however that the drm-v5.0 branch isn't used in ports any longer.
