drm-v4.16, drm-v5.0, drm-v5.1 all fail to compile against any revision of FreeBSD 13 after r366372.

Unfortunately we have a stupid "two repos" situation. Current versions that work on 13-CURRENT are located at https://github.com/freebsd/drm-kmod

This repo isn't used for FreeBSD 13-current any more, and has not been updated to take into account changes in current.
