Add \toc3 markers to define the book abbreviations used for cross-references #3

The attached Zip file contains a counted list of the USFM tag statistics for the Hindi Bible.

merged.usfm.tags.count.usfm.zip

It would be useful to add a \toc3 marker for each book, to define its book name abbreviation.

FIO. The attached Excel worksheet tables all the book names extracted from the USFM files.

\mt1 3 JOHN should be changed to \mt1 3 John

The name in 3JN was fixed in the Editing branch of my fork. Pull request issued.

Once the 66 book abbreviations have been properly defined, we ought to identify and locate any cross-references that do not use a defined abbreviation.

I've started to reverse engineer (from the cross-references) the most used abbreviations for each book.

There are two types:

  1. True abbreviations terminated by a period
  2. The short book name without a period

So far, these two OT books are not cross-referenced anywhere.

I expect the remaining 27 NT books I've yet to analyse are all cross-referenced.

All I require from @joshykurian are the above two Hindi abbreviations.

Once I have a complete list, I can do the insertions of the \toc3 lines by means of a TextPipe filter.
