Step 1 of replace lookalike characters by Devanagari Danda

Here's the summary of the changes: (in 51 of the USFM files)

• Replace lowercase letter l by Devanagari Danda

Also

• Replace digit 1 at EOL by Danda
• Replace Danda Danda by Double Danda
• Replace !! by Double Danda

And

• Insert missing space before ?
• Insert missing space before !
• Insert missing space before Danda
• Insert missing space after Danda
• Remove a Zero Width Non Joiner

TBD - replace some exclamation marks (not included)
