New documentation for websites contributions #82

Fix #67 and #FreeCAD/FreeCAD-Homepage/issues/135

Adds a new section under Technical for documentation about FreeCAD websites ecosystem for interested contributors.

Hi @chennes and @luzpaz !

I've started adding some infos for contributors to FreeCAD websites. Could you please confirm that the "Technical Guide" and at the end of "The Basics" is appropriate for this new content ?

I will first complete the pages on the main FreeCAD website, the DevHandbook and the FPA site, as it's easier. The Blog and Wiki may be in transition soon, correct ? So I'd better leave those for now. The Forum, I don't know what's the plan for the future, I'll leave it out too.

Any of you (or anyone else you think of) would like to review that when it's more advanced, say in January-February ? Thanks !

Hi there !

I'd propose to add the current basic structure of this PR first, if you're ok with it. I'll add more content later on (structure of the website, ressources, design guidelines, etc.)

Sorry for the delay on this, I forget to come over here to check the Handbook PRs...
