This issue tracker is for packaging related problems only. Try resetting your preferences by deleting the file %APPDATA%/FreeCAD/user.cfg, if the problem persist check if there is no existing report at the main issue tracker at https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/issues and create one if not
